Jake Elliott previously served as the Penn State ASA Student Chapter’s Vice President!
Jake Elliott is a PhD student in the Acoustics department at Penn State. He completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University in upstate New York, and is now conducting ultrasound research in the Biomedical Acoustics Simon Laboratory (BASiL). His research involves using passive detection methods to characterize acoustic bubble dynamics in elastic tissues. Outside of the lab, he plays guitar and goes golfing, and is a collector of vintage records.
