Happy New Year! The Penn State ASA is back and excited to make the most out of the International Year of Sound 2020 – an initiative which matches our organization’s mission to disseminate a knowledge and appreciation of acoustics.
We already have big plans for this Spring semester!:
- January: General Meeting (Acoustics Scavenger Hunt), tour of Martin Guitar factory in Nazareth, PA
- February: TBD
- March: Psychacoustics talk with Andrew Oxenham
- April: Officer Elections, gearing up for ASA Chicago (which will have a large representation from Penn State!)
